Aluminum rolls are metal products used for flying through pressure extension, stretching and bending. Aluminum coils are widely used in electronics, packaging, architecture, machinery and other aspects. There are many aluminum roll manufacturers in my country, and the production process has caught up with developed countries. However, some quality defects will inevitably encounter in the manufacturing process of aluminum coils.

1. Compound layer falling off: Irregular defects formed by the composite aluminum layer out of the substrate.

2. Pressing flowers: The irregular color difference generated on the roller due to wrinkles and breaks on the rolling process is periodically printed on the surface of the band.

3. Wave: The general name of various irregular shapes formed by the incompetent deformation of the board. The waves generated by the edges of the plate and the band are called edge waves, and the waves generated in the middle are called mid -wave. The waves between the middle and the edges are neither in the middle nor on both sides. The waves are called broken waves.

4. Warm edge: After rolling or cutting, bring the edge of the steel.

5. Side bending: The vertical side of the plate and the belt presents a non -straight state.

6. Roller collapse: The roller core is severe, and the roller shape is not round.

7. The wrong layer: irregular dislocation between the end layer of the steel, resulting in uneven end surface.

8. Tower shape: The coil layer moves to one side to form a tower -shaped offset.

9. Songs: The loose rolls between the layers when the roll and the opening of the roll will affect the entire volume in severe cases.

10. Bird's Nest: Local "V" defects in the end surface of the coil. Such defects occur during the scroll process or after uninstallation, and some of the defects will not occur after being placed for a while.
