Coating Definition

(1) Normal zinc flower plating SPANGLE Coating

During the normal solidification process, zinc layer has a coating with obvious zinc flower appearance when it grows freely.

(2) Minimized SPANGLE Coating

During the solidification process, zinc grains are artificially restricted, forming as small zinc flower plating as possible.

(3) zinc-free flower plating SPANGLE-free

By adjusting the plating liquefied ingredients, it does not have visually visible zinc flower appearance, and the surface is evenly consistent.

(4) zinc-iron plating Zinc-Iron Alloy Coating

The heat treatment of the steel belt after galvanized slot liquid is performed to generate the alloy layer of zinc and iron in the entire coating. The appearance of this coating is dark gray, no metal luster. In addition to cleaning, 

you can directly paint the coating layer without further treatment.

(5) Differential coating

For the two sides of galvanized steel plates, the coating with a weight of different zinc layers is required.

(6) Skin Pass
